Standard shipping within the EU typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture items requiring specialist handling, delivery can take 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our Copenhagen warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping outside of Denmark?
Yes, we ship our curated home collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery windows vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return through our online portal. Please note that bespoke or custom-made furniture pieces are non-refundable.
How do I care for my Nomad CPH wooden furniture?
To maintain the natural beauty of our solid wood pieces, we recommend using a soft, damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight. We suggest applying a high-quality wood oil or wax every 6-12 months to prevent drying.
